The Nashville Sounds are adding a 5,000-square-foot training building behind the right-field wall of Greer Stadium. McGee & Story Builders is handling the $447,000 job.

More 'Dore space

Vanderbilt University’s marketing department is adding to its footprint at Highwoods Properties’ 3401 West End building, where the school already leases at least 27,000 square feet for several departments. Flow Construction Co. is handling the $69,000 job.

Just two weeks ago, Flow pulled a permit to rehab another chunk of West End space for Vandy's development and alumni relations department.

Video producer to Elm Hill area

Associated Contractors & Excavating is renovating 16,000 square feet of space at 915 Twin Elms Court for video production company PK Productions. The work is worth $400,000.

Pathology rehab at Saint Thomas

Tenant Building Group LLC is renovating parts of the second floor at Saint Thomas Hospital for Pathology Associates, a seven-doctor group, in a job valued at $90,000.

More stores at Green Hills mall

Bacon Construction Co. is prepping space in The Mall at Green Hills for Georgiu Studio, a California-based women’s clothing retailer that will open in May. The work is valued at $75,000. The high-end mall is adding a handful of stores to its lineup in the coming months.
