Scott Phillips has been named executive vice president and general manager of the corporate payments division of Comdata Corp.
Phillips, who holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Providence College, has been with the Brentwood-based payment processor for 16 years. Previously, he was a senior VP and GM of the company's proprietary products unit.
At his new post, he will oversee a group that issued 2.3 million cards and handled $24 billion of payments in 2007.
