Vastland Realty Group has lured Larry Frankenbach from Crye-Leike Commercial to focus on the company's retail properties.

In a statement, Vastland said Frankenbach was the top producer in Crye-Leike Commercial’s Brentwood office in 2007. He will work Vice President Ken Renner, who joined the company earlier this year.

"With our expanding inventory of commercial properties, we needed another experienced broker on board," said Vastland owner Mack McClung. “Larry is an aggressive, creative guy who can help us continue to grow.”

Vastland's retail projects range from Glenbrook Shopping Centre in Hendersonville to Moore’s Crossing in Cool Springs and the planned Starwood Commons in Antioch. The company also has announced plans for a 100,000-square-foot office tower off West End Avenue.
