ERA Pacesetter Partners this afternoon announced it has wound down its operations and told its roughly 100 agents they should affiliate with Coldwell Banker Barnes.

Both ERA and Coldwell Banker are owned by New Jersey-based holding company Realogy. ERA Pacesetter ran three offices

“Coldwell Banker Barnes has similar values and products, which is why we recommended the company to our agents,” ERA Pacesetter Tony Carletello, who has made the move.

Also already at Coldwell Banker are Donnel Milam and John Scott, who used to manage the brokers at ERA Pacesetter's Brentwood and Hermitage offices, respectively.

Coldwell Banker Barnes and its local affiliates run nine area offices and employ about 400 people.
