In what looks like a sign of the troubled times, realty company Crye-Leike has announced the hiring of industry veteran Brandon Patrick to the new post of vice president and director of mergers and acquisitions.
With many independent real estate agents struggling to put business on the books, Patrick's position will focus on scouting the market for Realtors willing to join the Crye-Leike system, the fourth-largest real estate company in the nation.
Patrick comes to the company with 15 years of experience in residential real estate and property management. Most recently a property broker with Franklin-based Exit Premiere Realty, Patrick will work out of Crye-Leike's regional headquarters in Brentwood.
