David Burn has joined West End-based law firm Drescher & Sharp as of counsel.
Burn, who becomes five-year-old Drescher & Sharp's eighth lawyer, previously was staff attorney for the securities division of the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance. Earlier in his career, he worked with Drescher & Sharp partners Jay Drescher, Kevin Sharp and Bryan Pieper at the former Stokes & Bartholomew.
Burn also has held various roles in the corporate sector and been an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority since 1989.
