Ramsey names Senate committees

Lieutenant Governor unveils state senators' assignments

01-03-2008 3:28 PM

Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey today announced committee assignments for State Senators in advance of the opening of the legislative session.

While there are no major surprises and no major shake-ups, there are some new Senate members due to the resignations of Ward Crutchfield and Jerry Cooper, whose seats have been filled by Andy Berke and Steve Roller.
