Hospitality Development Group, the group responsible for the Gulch’s Watermark Restaurant, has announced its plan to open a new dining spot in the soon to be completed Adelicia.
Miro District Food and Drink will be an Italian inspired “neighborhood” restaurant in the residential high-rise across from South Street Restaurant in the Vanderbilt/Midtown area. The restaurant is being designed by Nashville-based Lyman, Davidson and Dooley Architects and Inner Design Studio.
The 18-story Adelicia, which recently opened according to its Web site, was developed by Corner Realty Partners. The building will be hosting a “parade of homes” event Feb. 14-17. Miro District is slated to open in May.
