David Houston IV has been named partner in the Nashville office of Burr & Forman LLP. An alum of Ole Miss, he practices in the firm's creditors' right and bankruptcy group and is chair of the Nashville Bar Association's bankruptcy court committee.
Burr & Forman employs about 200 attorneys in five offices across the Southeast. Its Nashville office has nine attorneys on staff.
