Goldleaf Financial Solutions, formerly Private Business Inc., has named Bill Mathis to its board of directors.
Mathis is executive vice president of business development at MasterCard International. Goldleaf said Mathis leads an array of MasterCard's marketing, sales, customer relations and public relations efforts. Prior to joining MasterCard International, Mathis was senior vice president with the vendor financial services unit at GE.
Brentwood-based Goldleaf provides technology products and services for smaller banks.
