Henry previously served as in-house counsel for Sprint Nextel Corporation. She also served as vice president of regulatory affairs for Birch Telecom and was a founder and an officer of the Competitive Carriers of the South, Inc. ("CompSouth"), an association of multiple competitive telecommunications carriers.
