Martha L. Boyd has joined Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry as a litigation associate, focusing on business litigation and labor and employment law.
Boyd was previously with Cincinnati-based Frost Brown Todd, practicing for seven years in its Cincinnati and Nashville offices.
A former Major in the United States Army Reserve, Boyd served in Iraq as the Coalition Provisional Authority's senior advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. She helped set up the first public shelter for victims of domestic violence in Baghdad.
Boyd holds undergraduate and law degrees from Vanderbilt University.
