
Ferguson, who concentrates in business litigation and employment law, is the second Wyatt attorney to join Stites in recent months. Litigator Barbara J. Moss made the move in December.
Meyer focuses on commercial real estate law, often involving acquisition of specialty medical properties. He joined Stites from the Windrose real-state investment trust and will work from Stites' Franklin, Tenn., office.
Stites now has 52 attorneys in Nashville and Wyatt has 20, representatives of the respective firms told NashvillePost.com this afternoon.
