Metro Water getting pumped
W.L. Hailey & Co. is constructing two pump stations and an equalization basin for Metro Water & Sewer Services’ Dodson Chapel Facility located at 6020 Panama Drive. The permit is valued at $4.2 million.
NES charged with upgrades
Harlan Electric Co. Inc. is doing electrical upgrade work at Nashville Electric Service’s main building as well as substation and switchgear replacement. The permit is valued at $2.7 million.
St. Martin Square condos begin second phase
Vastland Construction is constructing two more buildings for its St. Martin Square Condominiums at 305 and 307 Seven Springs Way off Old Hickory Boulevard near the Brentwood line. The permits for Phase 2 of the development total $3.6 million.
Vastland Realty is developing the four-phase project, which will total 144 units. The first phase is scheduled for completion later this year.
VUMC renovates executive offices
Orion Building Corp. is renovating executive offices at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The work is valued at $1.7 million.
Lebanon Pike apartments underway
Levine & Poor Inc. pulled permits to construct Halley’s Park, a small apartment complex at 3021 Lebanon Pike. The permits for the three buildings total $663,899.
Pinnacle adds to HQ space
R.C. Mathews Contractor is renovating a 5,143-square-foot portion of 211 Commerce St.’s first floor for Pinnacle Financial Partners office space. Pinnacle has its headquarters in the building. The permit is valued at $422,000.
First Tennessee adds branch
Southland Constructors is building a First Tennessee Bank branch at 3011 West End Ave. The permit is valued at $350,275.
Harpeth Commons expands
Shaub Construction Co. Inc. is building a 5,702-square-foot addition to Harpeth Commons III at 8116 Highway 100. The addition to the commercial office development will be split into two shell spaces for future tenants. The permit is valued at $339,938.

Flow Construction Co. Inc. is finishing out 4,700 square feet in The Shoppes of Brentwood at 782 Old Hickory Blvd. for Vanderbilt Medical Group. The permit is valued at $160,163.
