12-05-2006 11:22 AM — Clinton Gilbreath has been promoted to vice president in CB Richard Ellis' Nashville office.
Gilbreath has been with the firm since 1997. In 2002, Gilbreath received the award for the "Deal of the Year" from the Nashville chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties for his representation of Nissan North America in a lease on space in Smyrna. He most recently represented General Electric in finding a location in Cleveland, Tenn., for a 600,000-square-foot distribution center.
CB Richard Ellis brokers get promoted when they reached a certain level of sales in the firm.
