Frost Brown Todd LLC has added Michael J. Blade as a senior associate, practicing in the corporate and business department.
Before joining FBT, Blade practiced in the Nashville offices of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and that firm's predecessor, Tuke Yopp & Sweeney. Earlier, he practiced with Wiley Rein & Fielding in Washington, D.C.
Blade, 38, earned both his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees in 1996, through a program offered by Vanderbilt University School of Law and the university's Owen Graduate School of Management. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon in 1990.
