11-20-2006 10:35 AM — After leaving the Nashville office of Miller & Martin in 2003, Dale Allen is set to rejoin the firm.
Allen, a government relations lawyer whose clients include Tennessee Trucking Association and local trucking company Averitt Express, has spent the last three years with Colbert & Winstead as a shareholder.
The move from Colbert & Winstead was amicable, according to Allen, who in addition to his legal work also sits on the board of the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. He will officially join Miller & Martin effective December 1.
