03-22-2004 12:00 AM — Nashville-based Axis Accounting Systems, provider of financial software and consulting services, has named Tammy Hawes to be the 10-person company’s new president. Dallas H. Wilt, founder and past president of Axis, will continue to serve the company as Chairman and CEO.

Prior to joining Axis, Hawes was Chief Information Officer of ParadigmHealth, with oversight of that company’s strategic technology initiatives, including business and IT alignment. Hawes previously was CIO for Central Parking Corporation.

Clients of Axis Accounting Systems include Central Parking, Deutsche Bank, Quorum, Healthstream and Georgia Boot.
