Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner has added as partners Kris Kemp and Greg Giffen. Kemp concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. Giffen’s clients have included Psychiatric Solutions, Private Business, Quorum Health Group and Attentus Healthcare.
H3GM also announced Kenneth Byrd and Jonathan Stanley have been named associates. Byrd is a member of the firm’s litigation group and graduated from Boston College Law School after previously serving as Washington News Bureau Chief for the Associated Baptist Press. Stanley is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice group; he received his law degree from Vanderbilt University.
Bass, Berry & Sims said four attorneys have joined the firm as associates in its health care practice area: Philip Berg, who received an MBA and a law degree from Vanderbilt University; Heath Clark, who received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law; Bryan Gray Looney, with a law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law; and Kimiko Orosz, who received her masters in hospital administration and her law degree from the University of Iowa.
Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz announced today it has added Dan White to the firm’s Nashville office. White will assume the chairmanship of the firm’s immigration group, replacing Robert Divine, who recently was appointed by President Bush to serve as principal legal advisor to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
