Morgan was with Marsh for the past 10 years. In the most recent five years, Morgan focused on building a sales-based organization in the Midsouth region of Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.
Morgan replaces Ric Miller in leading Willis in Nashville. Mario Vitale, CEO of Willis North America, explained in a release that Miller had "recently decided to return to a client-focused role."
Willis is a global insurance broker.
