06-04-2003 12:00 AM — Nashville office leasing veteran Steve Preston has been promoted to vice president of Duke Realty Corp.'s Nashville office group. He has served as a senior office leasing representative with Duke since re-joining the Indianapolis-based REIT in 1997.

Preston is responsible for marketing and leasing Duke's Nashville-area office holdings, as well as pursuing build-to-suit opportunities. He is credited with completing 71 lease transactions totaling more than 462,000 square feet of office and office-flex space in 2002.

Duke owns, manages or has under development more than 5.4 million square feet of office and industrial space in Middle Tennessee.
