The Florida Department of Management Services has given Corrections Corp. of America mixed news, extending its contract at one prison, awarding it two new deals but ending another of its management agreements.

The moves by Florida officials will increase the number of beds under CCA's management by 1,349. Based on the company's 2009 per-day revenues, that will boost its top line by about $28.7 million, or 1.7 percent, annually.
