Spectrum | Emery Inc. and Hall Capital have broken ground on their 18th & Chet office/retail building in Music Row.

The site, located at the northeast corner of 18th Avenue South and Chet Atkins Place, is being cleared of trees and will see excavation for foundation work start in about two weeks, according to a source.
